Maryvale is a cozy neighborhood of single-family homes in wooded hills on the outskirts of the D.C. metro area. Located just east of Joint Base Andrews, Maryvale is a great place to call home for military personnel. The community is also a short distance from Rosaryville State Park, giving outdoor enthusiasts and horse riders some fantastic trails to traverse. Maryvale is 17 miles from D.C. and homeowners can reach the city in about a 40-minute drive, whether for business or pleasure.
