This is my daughters first year and I so love the progress of her learning curve.

My granddaughter is Medfield since her pre-k year and she is 3rd grade now. Medfield Principal Ms. Kilcoyne knows entire student's name by their first name and the teacher that my granddaughter has now is Ms. Casey which her entire second grade class asked the principal that they want Ms. Casey for their 3rd grade teacher and they got her. This year Medfied create the student council (2 students from each class)to make the school better for everyone. Also the Medfield's test scores were not as good as the school expected because the school is so divers and large numbers of ESOL students in the school body and ESOL teachers work so hard to teach English to new comers from various countries.

Parent of two kids at Medfield. My oldest started in K and finishes 5th grade this year. Medfield is an awesome school with dedicated staff and wonderful students. As with many urban schools, many students do struggle, but the teaching staff really support the students and help them excel.

Will miss this wonderful school when we move! My daughter went to K (Ms. Sophie) and 1st grade (Ms. Bickish) at MHES and absolutely loved it. It was difficult to know what to expect at first, seeing that the facilities looked dated and not knowing anyone. However, we quickly realized that it was the excellent staff and teachers that make Medfield so great. My daughter had so many great opportunities to excel beyond her grade level, "power hour" reading, mathematicians with Ms. Bright, chess and robotics club with Mr. Forbes, computer club with Ms. Bickish, and enjoyed STEM and pep squad with Ms. Stadler. Principal Kilcoyne and Assistant Principal O'Neil truly provide great leadership and an environment full of respect, learning, and caring for the children.
