Meadowbrook

Located in the northwest side of Lake in the Hills, Meadowbrook is one of the village’s most expansive neighborhoods. The neighborhood dates back to the 1990s and it has continued to grow and develop ever since. Meadowbrook mostly features moderately priced one- and two-story homes. Green and spacious, Meadowbrook is surrounded by parks, creeks, and lakes. Golf courses and nature preserves lie on the borders of this community, giving residents ample opportunities for recreation and leisure. Sunset Park sits at the heart of the area, providing a gathering space for all and it holds several events and festivals, especially during summer. Even after its growth over the past two decades, the neighborhood remains a close-knit community.
