Meadows At Coddle Creek

Our 1.5 story home in the Meadows at Coddle Creek is still under construction, which has allowed us to pay close attention to D.R. Horton's construction practices. The monolith concrete foundation is a HUGE advantage in NC. These homes are solid from the foundation up. Sold out home in Florida and on Lake Norman and are thrilled to be relocating to this Mooresville community that's "in-town," but "in the country at the same time. Coddle Creek Venue is "next-door" is a treasure.

We relocated from Massachusetts and couldn't be happier choosing Meadows at Coddle Creek. Agents very helpful-caring about every step of the process. Builder very thorough and quick to respond to any needs. Quality construction-beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle but close to downtown Moorseville and wide variety of shopping centers and highway. We highly recommend joining this community.
