Nice enough neighborhood but HOA awful.
First and last time I live somewhere with an HOA. Neighborhood is fine but if you don't want to powerwash your house 4 times a year and deal with the parking monitors than maybe fine somewhere without an HOA. Not really sure why a neighborhood of this size and price range with zero amenities would need an HOA anyway.
