Walled Lake Northern High School

I am super impressed with WLN. They did an excellent job acclimating my freshman into the school and offering all sorts of ways to get involved. My student had fantastic teachers; Dr. Hamblin is one of the best! We have been very satisfied with the administration and the caliber of students at Northern. This was a school of choice school for us and we definitely choose correctly. ~Knights Mom.

Having relocated to southeastern MI a few years ago and having chosen Walled Lake schools based on overall ratings I'm glad I did! Northern has been a blessing and both of my children have gone from being low C students to high B/low A all due to the staff. It's amazing what focused teachers and kids in a good setting can achieve!!!

Very surprised to read all the negative ratings. We moved into the school district recently. We attended a principal breakfast. He was very clear and expected results from his teachers and students in a positive light. The staff have been very helpful and the school is organized (we have attended several events where it was organized well). The honor's class my son is attending is pushing him.

By far the worst school, the principle only cares about himself and funding not the best interest of student very disrespectful to parents, drugs at school and it just started. I will put my house up for sale to get out of this school if need be. Still fighting transfer. Don't attend here you will regret it.
