Ruahmah J. Hutchings Elementary

Hutchings is filled with dedicated teachers who love and care for your children. They challenge, individualize, and modify depending on the situation. Highly recommend! I wouldn't send my child to any other elementary school. We school of choice to Hutchings and the Howell District.

My daughter is just finishing up 1st grade and we couldn't be happier here. The teachers are amazing. My son starts their pre-school this fall and I can't wait to have more great experiences.

Hutchings is a WONDERFUL school with excellent teachers ! My kids have been attending Hutchings for the past 3 years, and each teacher that they have had has been been very attentive and they want each student to succeed. The PTO is great- Lots of activities for families to attend. Mrs. Wanlass has been a great addition to the staff. She seems very caring and friendly. I only have one complaint (silly, but true). The pick up/drop off and parking lot situation needs to be addressed. Each year, the newsletter covers it, but parents do not follow the procedure. The parking needs to be enforced in order to keep kids safe ! Other than that, I would recommend Hutchings to anyone !

Very disappointed with the howell district as a whole. There is little concern for bullying and they will not release my child to attend elsewhere even despite.
