Deerfield Elementary School

This school provides children with a great foundation to learning that will promote higher level thinking and analysis throughout their middle and high school learning careers. I highly recommend the administration and teachers within the Avondale community to guide your child to success.

Going downward quickly. This school is riding on a reputation earned by the past principal and teaching staff. The current staff needs to step things up quickly.

We've been at Deerfield going on 4yrs. We have 2 daughters going into 1st and 3rd grade respectively. Deerfield is not our home school. But we live in district and chose to bring our children to Deerfield. We have been gifted amazing teachers thus far! I am there almost daily volunteering my time in classrooms and fundraising to enrich all students experience. We (my husband and I) volunteer as much as possible. It truly takes a village to pull off all the fun events! For example, the Fun Run, Fall Family Dance, Santa's Breakfast and the very fun and popular Dad's Carnival. We couldn't ask for a more inclusive school to entrust with our children's education. There is a reason that Deerfield is a twice awarded Blue Ribbon school! We love Deerfield and are looking forward to see the educational progress of our girls over their time there!
