Musson Elementary School

It’s not amazing. My child struggles with homework as it’s a little much. They for e learning into the parents and push tests when the material has been vaguely reviewed in class. Focus less on parties and fun and teach and the kids wouldn’t be so stressed out

An incompetent principal with a TON of attitude.Our child hated going to this school.Although our child enjoyed a couple of the teachers, as for the rest they are the most arrogant, fake and mean staff. I believe the problem stems from the principle. Can't wait till we move our child out of her school

Very committed teaching staff. Parent participation in the classroom is remarkable. The PTA does a great job of involving the students and parents in contributing to the overall education of the students. The principal is very dedicated to the development and achievements of all children.

When moving from out of state our Internet searches and school reviews led us to Musson. Located in a affluent area in Rochester Hills, it touted higher scores, in class technology, community support and smaller classroom sizes. Although the parents and teachers have been very welcoming, the class sizes are anywhere from 28-32 with only one teacher and maybe a couple hours from an assistant. Kids do not have iPads, tablets or laptops in classrooms, they still work in a computer lab setting. I really expected more from a school with higher financial resources than most districts. It's a solid performing school but call and get details, the information on Internet is outdated.
