Mid-City

As the name suggests, Mid-City lies close to the center of Santa Monica. Offering both quieter residential avenues and an urban feel, Mid-City is within walking distance to popular streets, shops, and restaurants, not to mention the ocean. While the neighborhood was once known for its picturesque American Craftsman and bright Victorians houses, newer California Bungalows and condominium complexes have since risen. The neighborhood is also home to some of the best healthcare facilities that the LA area has to offer, including the UCLA Medical Center and Providence Saint John’s Health Center.
