Great Place to Live!!

Beautiful grounds, close to shops and restaurants easy access to roads and freeways and the train. Gated community wonderful floor plans very spacious private patios cozy fireplace large kitchen walk-in closet in unit laundry additional storage closet included nice amenities pool sauna hot tub exercise room Clubhouse Entry Lobby security building. Parking spaces included very nice. love it!! great centrally-located location great place to live.

Personally Difficult

Beautiful grounds, well maintained pool area. When it comes to personal issues or safety the management is entirely neglectful and difficult to work with. Rules are scattered about the CC&Rs and are NOT well understood by the goCompass agency or the miramar terrace HOA. Ive chatted with neighbors who have had dimilar experiences.
