Mossdale Landing

Residents enjoy the community’s outdoor amenities and recreational facilities. Mossdale Landing Community Park is the main park that provides residents with multiple sports fields for baseball and basketball. The park also contains playgrounds, picnic and barbecue areas, a splash pad, and plenty of open space for additional recreation and activities like soccer, frisbee, or picnics. In addition to Moss Landing Community Park, residents also have access to the Lathrop Dog Park, which is an open designated space for dogs and owners to play and lounge. The park has several tables as well as a gazebo for shaded seating and picnics. The community also has multi-use trails that are shared between pedestrians and bicyclists, making it easy for residents to get around the community while staying active outdoors. Mossdale Landing is served by the Manteca Unified School District. Residents can send their school-aged children to Mossdale Elementary School, which is located onsite and Lathrop High School, which is located just outside of the community and across Spartan Way.
