Hard Working Community

Mystic Cove is an older community. The community was built in 1985. There has been a massive amount of repairs and maintenance done this last year. Kudos to the board who is always on task for potentiating the properties' potential.

It’s like a box of chocolates.

Living in an HOA is just like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get. Check for a healthy reserve , budget and financials. Check location and a crime report. The poster who posted that the HOA is the worst sounds like a disgruntled owner and is really not bright for complaining about their property. Like shooting yourself in the foot. If its that bad, move, sell get out. It’s a shame that someone would post “personal” feelings as a way to review a Home Owners Association. Mystic Cove has a robust financial standing, reserve and budget. They have replaced many over looked maintenance issues and are currently working on the pool which has unknown structural issues and requires more than a patch to fix. Disgruntled owners using this format to complain about a Board is not what this is for, but then again. It’s like a box of chocolates. You can choose where you buy, but check your neighbors out, they may be the nutty chocolate truffles.

LB's worst HOA

Joe A
Mystic Cove has the worst HOA. When it comes to people who are not on the Board, they are rude, inconsiderate, and UNFAIR with other tenants in the building. I have examples and documentation of every incident we encountered there. Just thinking about the experience we had there and the Board and their "President" drives me crazy. Beware, please.
