We love Alderman Road and have been here since Pre-k.

We have been at Alderman Rd since Pre-K and have loved everything about the school. From the Principle to teachers to the PTA have been great. We are about to start our 1st grade year and have high hopes for the future.

I have absolutely loved all of my child's teachers, some more then others but they have all been very helpful when it came to homework if I was confused and didn't know how to help my daughter. They took care of her in the office when she was sick. She lost her library book a few times and everyone came together and helped locate it. We had a bully issue that didn't last long, after speaking with her teacher she acknowledged the problem and took care of it and never had another problem. The principal is wonderful. She cares about the children like they are her own! I would absolutely reccommend this school to take your children too!

My daughter went to Alderman Road Elementary School for half of kindergarten. It seemed more like a day care compared to her previous school. The teachers were nice whenever I was in there, but my daughter told me that they are always mad. First grade is pretty much the same for her. She said the teacher is always mad and yells at them. I also feel like I had to teach her all of the material over again once she got home because she had no idea what was going on. I think the school definitely needs to reevaluate their teachers and teaching methods. The only thing they really have going for them is that the school itself is really nice looking. Other than them testing positive for lead in the water and having water jugs spread out all over the school.
