Eastern Guilford High School

The teachers I've interacted with gave me the impression of being dedicated to their jobs. Mostly, they were flexible enough to try to work with my son who missed one or two assignments due to some computer glitches. The admin offices sometimes don't answer phones or don't call back in a timely manner, so I have to call sometimes two or three times to get someone on the line. Sports that they do offer are good, but not great especially ones like tennis and golf. It is strong C+ school. If they had a more prompt attitude for parents who want to become involved and if they improved the quality of coaching in the less popular sports it could move up to a B.

The population here is more interesting and diverse than its location might suggest. The administration, as of the 2015-2016 school year, is incredible. Ms. Foley and her assistant principals hold the students and teachers accountable for creating an exceptional learning environment. This is a large school, but the students maintain a tight bond.

The 2013 principal is so useless never returns call and does not seem to care like the previous principal .Eastern guilford middle school use to be a good school. Please listen to your children because teachers don;t always do what is right they have issues just like eveybody. is they have a problem with your child ,they will get bad mouthed to the other teacher and the cycle continues. Not at all happy with this school and i'm looking into magnet school.
