Central Elementary

My son is in 2nd grade. He loves Central and we are sad the school is closing but we are glad to be going to Hazelwood in the Fall where Principal Rogers is. We miss her caring, nurturing personality. I felt like I could talk to her. Lots of great teachers. I hope they go to Hazelwood too. Centrals small school environment will be missed.

The staff at Central Elementary is more compassionate and caring than any school I know. You can feel the warmth as you enter the building. The children and parents are personally greeted at the door as they enter each morning. The teachers care about the total child, not just academics, and they will do anything to help a child succeed. The principal takes the time to call parents regularly to maintain positive communication. Central is a great school!

Central Elementary School is a great school. My daughter is in 2nd grade and has been attending this school since kindergarten. I am so happy to see the positive atmosphere, friendly faces, and great teaching. The principal has been helpful with our daughter have a great experience. We always feel welcome and think she is getting a great start in her education. I wish there were more ways we could help during the day.
