We purchased a home in Nob Hill last year at $330K, then completely renovated the property. There is an architectural review board to contact prior to making changes which show on the outside of the home. Most homes will sell in the low to mid $300's, even a shade over $400K. The pool is heated May to November, as well as the in-ground spa. At $305 per month, the HOA fee is reasonable for the excellent condition of this 67-home community.
