North Fork

North Fork is a great private community that features many custom homes. We like it because unlike many developments in Florida, the homes aren't "cookie cutter" and so the neighborhood doesn't consist of the same 5 or 6 home models. The community's schools are A-rated from K-12 and the bus stop for the elementary school is right outside the front gate. North Fork is a very quiet neighborhood with tree lined cul de sacs, but it's only a few minutes away from both I-95 and the Turnpike to the west and about 10 minutes to the beach to the east. Because of the size of the community, everyone knows one another. It's somewhat of a hidden gem and we've had several guests over to the house who have commented "Wow, I never even knew this was here".
