Over the past decade, there have been more houses built in this neighborhood than the rest Tampa. Most of the homes in this neighborhood have four or five rooms. Consider living near US Highway 41, the major transit route running north-south through the neighborhood, otherwise known as Nebraska Ave. Most of the eateries, retailers and entertainment venues in North Tampa are scattered along East Busch Boulevard, East Fowler Avenue and Nebraska Avenue.

Most local traffic and activity occurs nearby the perimeter of North Tampa, surrounding major junctions involving I-275, E Fowler Avenue, Nebraska Avenue and E Busch Boulevard.

Enjoy a night out at the most prominent night clubs in North Tampa, situated around Nebraska Avenue and E Fowler Avenue. You’ll also love shopping at the high-end retailers located along E Fowler Avenue and at the Carolyn Shopping Center. Locations specializing in movies, the theatre and other performance art are conveniently located nearby the north and south ends of the neighborhood.

Some of the most popular destinations for enjoying fun on a perfect Sunday in North Tampa include the local parklands and the amusement parks nearby. You will love Busch Gardens and Adventure Island being just a few minutes west of the neighborhood. You can also find an RV park camp situated between Nebraska Ave and I-275, but there are several larger parks within the North Tampa neighborhood as well.
