Lovely neighborhood
Nice brick houses, straight streets, no home owners association. Police and community groups a bit over active, except when you need them. People are polite but not overly friendly. Schools are a reasonable size. Taxes are high but not like the Woodlands. Close to all The Woodlands amenities, except the walking trails. No small community grocery stores. One yuppie H.E.B. grocery on Robbins Road is fairly close. Near world famous outdoor music pavilion. Great place for upscale families who aren't rich yet. Also a fairly nice place to retire. Home prices are going up here fast.
