Excellent location you can walk to Publix, Walgreens and Lowes. The complex itself is being upgraded with a recent repainting of the buildings and hallways with new carpet. We have a new HOA management company as of 2019 which seem to be responsive to issues that are reported. Most of the residents are over 55 and I have not heard of any noise complaints since I have been here which is 2 1/2 years now. The one drawback of the complex is there is only one way in and out which can be issue during busy traffic times.
