HOA Overreach
Be careful buying in here because the home builders and the HOA are not aligned on whats allowed in Oxford Estates. The builders willl say as long as its an improvement it should be OK but the HOA isnt close to being on that page. The HOA rules are generic leaving an interpretation up to the board. They actually wanted to approve the inside color of the pool. You pay premiums for lots the HOA wont let you improve. My advise is go somewhere else until we get the HOA under control
