Oxford Manor

We sold a 1998 tract home in a nice section of Lodi to move to Oxford Manor. This is one beautiful neighborhood, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and seem to take pride in their homes and reach out to new residents quite easily. We lived in Lodi for 18 months, we had moved up from Southern California. Lodi was said to be a safe so we moved their first. But met none of our neighbors. Everyone stayed inside their homes. Not especially friendly. But we have only live in Oxford Manor two months and we know ALL our neighbors. They all came by introduced themselves, they are having a block party in August where they close off the street and everyone brings POTLUCK. The homes are older, ours was built in 1938. We love the charm and character of our new older home. Our neighbors have incredible homes that they meticulously take care of. We feel so at home in Stockton, near the University of the Pacific and Miracle Mile. The nieghbors walk their dogs, stop and talk. It truly is a dream come true.
