Sad! I had such high hopes for this school. A lot of things were promised, few things were delivered. There is no consistency, the administration is horrible. Some teachers are great and genuinely care, some are just filling a seat. Their recent "security" measures have turned a public school into a military academy. I am all for security but I believe they have gone too far. As with most small towns, if you know the right people, you will be treated well and the ridiculous rules will not apply to you or your children and your child will get the best teachers. Enter at your own risk. If you have a choice, make a better one.

This school is a mixed bag. There are some great teachers and others that are there for a paycheck. Communication is bad and the technology is even worse. 2 gym teachers and no technology teacher . . . should I say more. Just check out their website . .or lack of. This school has potential. They need some better administration to get there.

First having our child tested for early admittance for kindergarden was a great choice. After 2 years of Preschool it was suggested and the school approved. What they didn't tell us is that the scores must all be exceptional over the 100 percential. One scaore was a 98 and our child was rejected. Now straight A's in first grade he is being held back and taught at a level lower than his ability to keep him with the class. He does times tables and won't be allowed to test above adding 5 apples plus 4 apples. It's a disgrace to my child and the school district.
