Central Dauphin East Senior High School

Personally, it is neglected by the district I believe that it's not entirely the schools fault for low test scores. The district should support it and help some.

Worst leadership in the district. No wonder so many teachers and assistant principals have left.

Numerous kids on probation who are more concerned with bullying and beating up other children than obtaining a good education.But what can you expect from an administration (who are suppose to be their mentors), are too busy not accepting responsibility for their own actions and are simply playing the political game of covering each others' back sides. It's shameful when they are getting paid with taxpayer dollars and don't care about our children's education, safety or well being. From one parent to another, definitely check out other options for your child's education and your family's piece of mind.

East has been ignored by the district in favor for sister school Central Dauphin, but East has better classes and teachers that make a positive influence on the students. Test scores may not reflect that, but it's the truth.
