One of the best schools in the west end poconos.

My Children both loved PVE. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The teachers and staff go above and beyond for the children.

PVE is EXCELLENT!- previous posts are outdated- We moved into the area a year ago, and I have 2 children @PVE. From registration, to orientation, to the bus staff, everyone has been so receptive. Before beginning kindergarten, my daughter was invited to a ReadySetRead program whereby incoming kindergartners &parents are invited for interactive workshops- that was great as we were able to meet staff &the children became familiar with the school. So many events - parent teacher, Bear Walk, tree lighting, & parents night out! The principal and asst principal are present, & so personable. I feel safe sending my children each day and they are SO HAPPY and excited about learning. The teachers are AMAZING! they keep you updated on progress and whats coming next- there is definitely a line of OPEN COMMUNICATION between the school and students family, thorough print & weekly phone call. Coming from NYC, I was afraid that a school here on the west end may not be as up to date or advanced, and I was proven completely wrong! They have EVERYTHING in a clean, well kept , and warm space. I only wish kindergarten was full day as my child cannot wait to get to school each day! We love PVE!
