Not a pleasure some days kids walk in fear and that is not what education is about.

When my son attended here there was a serious issue with bullying. Even though there was so much paperwork sent home and posters hanging up around the school about bullying it was not handled well at all. More then once I had to go to the school and talk to the dean of students about my son constantly being picked on and yet nothing was done that I could see. The teachers were great I have nothing but great things to say about them. My son ended up having to enter a treatment center for depression and suicidal thoughts two different times his sixth grade year because of being bullied and the teachers were so helpful. They made sure I got his assignments each week so I could take them to him and even included his favorite library books for him.they asked about his progress and were generally concerned for him. It's a shame bullying isn't handled correctly so children Like my son not all kids can let certain things roll off there backs my son being one of them.
