Below poor. My child entered the school for the first year in the fifth grade. My child will return to private school. RUN from this school. The school district of Philadelphia is of NO assistance!!!! You have been warned.... RUN

I am a proud parent of a Chester Arthur first grader. There is a very caring and supportive environment at CA - the teachers, administrators, and students seem to truly care about one another. The school is small and its support team accessible. It is making great strides toward increasing its offerings and will only continue to bloom.

My daughter attended kindergarten here last year, and will be entering 1st grade here next week. She loves going to school, and the principal and teachers here are motivated and caring. The community has really rallied around this little school in the last few years and it is blossoming. I'll also be sending my youngest here too come 2016 .
