Washington George School

My son transferred from Centennial SD. I was initially afraid of the quality of education he would receive at Washington. Several 1990's graduates of GW (friends of mine) assured me that my son's education would depend on what HE makes of it. The teachers and parents that are there, get involved. Parental communication with teacher your child's teachers is crucial (in any school). Sure, there are students who disrupt class, cut class and are disrespectful. A teen who stays focused on the positive experiences of high school, puts forth effort to thrive in the not so ideal environment, will develop skills necessary to survive in the real world. So far, I am pleased with Washington. Ask my son...he'll say he hates the kids.

Small class size, teachers have been at school for many years, grandparents and children attended this school
