I strongly agree with both of the ones star comments go give them a read there's nothing more I can say that they haven't. Besides the lack of discipline, and teachers just not caring enough. It's a bad school in a bad area.

If your child has an interest in something that ISN'T sports, they're likely not going to excel in this school. They've recently had a bout of poorly made decisions involving the budget that lead to over 100 hours of work from THEATER PROFESSIONALS to go unpaid and unrecognized by the district. I've also recently received word that the school's speech and debate program is likely doomed at the hands of the school board, who've decided they'd prefer it if a faculty member coach the club, as apposed to a member of the National Speech and Debate League with almost 20 years experience in the field. No faculty members have applied for the position. Finally, the number of qualified, caring teachers is by far outnumbered by those who are just there for the pay check. A number of students were left stranded with incomplete language requirements, after having been promised a stand in for their recently retired German instructor, and as of now the district only offers two languages, neither of which offer AP credits. But, hey, if your kid likes sports, and you can live with the fact that their academic education will be less than stellar, go for it.

This school is wonderful. The teaches are very caring and care about making sure the students get a good education. You can definitely count on the teachers to do their job and care for the students.
