The teaching staff and administration are a joke they preach a zero tolerance policy for bullying and school violence. But in 2011 this is still not being taken seriously. We have a third grade bully who not only bullys verbally he is physically violent too he doesn't limit himself to male students he gets violent with female students. We have been promised several times that it wont happen again but then it does and the nurse calls again thet my third grader is injured again yet this student is still in school and still in all of the same classes as my student. Yough doesn't understand the definition of Zero tolerance, zero should mean zero not 10 chances. So think long and hard before sending your child to the land of bullying and violence with a staff who doesn't care. The injuries my child has suffered in the last 4 months at the hands of this bully are a concussion, a bruised/ sprained shoulder, has been put in a choke hold and emotional trauma as well as terroristic threats. No child should have to go to school in fear of being injured just for being there. Yet the school district will try to sweep it under the rug and bully you into backing down. Don't send yiur child here!
