Southern Lehigh High School defiantly is a Great school

Southern Lehigh attempts to position itself as one of elite learning facilities in the state of Pennsylvania, but in fact they are swayed by the same pressures as all of the other schools who attempt to appear superior. If you are white, wealthy and athletic, then this is the school for you. If your parents are of the average working class and you are not the top goal scorer, then they hardly have time for you. They profess to champion education, but instead choose to sponsor "turf studies". One only needs to review the School Board meeting minutes to understand where their true focus is.

I enjoyed being a student at Southern Lehigh Highschool. They have a great atmosphere at the school.

Southern Lehigh treats the students right as long as that student is white, smart, wealthy and athletically involved. I attended this school and because of my race was made fun of by other students. The administration did absolutely nothing to stop this. Also, me and a handful of other girls experienced sexual harassment in the hallway from a fellow student. When this issue was brought up to administration, they brushed it under the rug and hardly punished the culprit at all. Very disappointing high school experience.
