PERFECT SLICE OF PARADISE

Brian S
You're in your own little bubble, a perfect combination of value, privacy and comfort. An oasis surrounded by top-tier schools, parks and entertainment (Sunsplash, Top Golf, Studio Movie Grill, craft breweries, Foothill wineries, the Galleria mall, short drive to Apple Hill, Tahoe, etc.) And it's very quiet (no college parties or riff-raff). The landscaping is pristine. If anything the $220/HOA per month is too much. You can eat off these sidewalks, and that's coming from an ISA certified arborist. Great location, quality neighbors and cozy.

Poorly maintained landscaping

If you buy a condo here invest in a machete because you’ll need t to cut a pathway to your condo. Several hundred in Hoa fees to cover landscaping and it’s poorly done when it is done once a month or less. Been there for 6 years and the past few years it has gone down hill with landscaping. If your lucky enough to get a condo close to the HOA board members addresses then you will have better compliance....
