Terrible Place To Live
Terrible mismanagement by a Board with a stranglehold on the community has ruined a once nice neighborhood. Improvements are essentially slapdash lipstick on a pig that prospective buyers can be impressed by but after closer inspection you realize it's rotting underneath.
