"Great Place"

I think the other rating is 100% wrong. I have lived in and owned condos in several areas of Florida. Palma Sola is the best neighborhood I have seen. Our home quality is very good, our neighbors are quite, friendly, and respectful.

"Disapponting"

We have been renting a townhouse for the past 8 months and it's been pretty awful. Unfortunately for us our neighbors are very loud and inconsiderate. We can hear EVERYTHING through paper thin walls which appear to have no insulation - we can even hear their dog walking across the tiled floor.
