nicely built, poor management company.

Condo is of good quality. The HOA and Management company are AWFUL. Took over a year to have an outside issue address. VERY restrictive. Not so much as a matt outside your door. You pay TWO HOA's. One Master, and one to Condo. Ridiculous for what you get. Very slow to respond.Should be gated, and is not.

Great Place

I think the other rating is 100% wrong. I have lived in and owned condos in several areas of Florida. Palma Sola is the best neighborhood I have seen. Our home quality is very good, our neighbors are quite, friendly, and respectful. Very Low HOA fees, ground maintenance is outstanding, and only minutes to the beach. I searched all of Florida to find this. I could not be happier. One other thing the HOA does monitor and enforce the rules here.

Disapponting

We have been renting a townhouse for the past 8 months and it's been pretty awful. Unfortunately for us our neighbors are very loud and inconsiderate. We can hear EVERYTHING through paper thin walls which appear to have no insulation - we can even hear their dog walking across the tiled floor. They play their music loud all the time and have their tv so loud we can't even hear ours. The Management Company have no interest in implementing the rules. It's a great shame because it could have been nice but the build quality appears atrocious, the neighbors selfish and loud, and there is nobody to enforce the HOA rules. It's not surprising there are loads of houses for sale and nobody seems to want to buy them. I would avoid at all costs.
