Palmetto Cove

I spend my winter here at my Palmetto condo and then summer back home in Wisconsin. My daughter and her family live here in Fort Myers so I enjoy being able to come spend time with them. I wanted a community where I could easily rent it out if I'm not able to be here and therefore I picked a community open to any age so I won't be tied down to only renting to a select age group. I like everything the location has to offer. Great shopping and restaurants, tons of outdoor recreation, golf, the beaches and of course close to my beautiful grandkids!
