Ignorant Home Association

Palos Point makes home owners muzzle certain breeds of dogs: German shepards, Pit Bulls, Huskies, etc. If my dog has never had a bite record why should he be muzzled? There is a family that owns 3 small dogs and one of them always goes after my pit mix. My boyfriend lives in one of these and we were deciding if he should move in with me or if I should move in with him.... well, looks like the home association decided for us. Thanks!
