Classic Toxic HOA environment.

In order to be able to occupy your newly purchased home you have to sign an agreement with the HOA in the form of a thick booklet called "bylaws", by doing so you just gave up on your rights to be treated equally. Why is this? cause hiding in that thick book they expect you not to read there is an item that allows them to enforce those "bylaws" according to their convenience. As we all, Americans, know this is the beginning of something, some will have an easy ride while others will have to endure the constant harassment of "courtesy letters" that will simply ruin your experience there. The good news is that you will be able to sell your house and soon you will be able to start again. If you want to spare yourself of the aggravation of being treated unequally, stay away from this place.

World's Worst Neighborhood.

Rules are applied according to the discretion of the board members. As a minority, all the rules applied to me while at the same time i could see other neighbors do as they pleased. Very uninviting place, particular for minorities. Their harassment was sometimes intolerable. I had to resort to the DA's office in order to stop them, but this was just a temporary solution, they came back with yet another topic. If you are a minority, particularly a successful minority, this is not the place for you. If you are friends with the board members, you get to enjoy the ride. No matter how many times they manage to have my review deleted, i will continue to post it. People deserve to know the truth about this place.
