Becoming a home owners worse nightmare.

Jodie G
You can tell this used to be a really nice neighborhood but as people are selling their houses rental companies are buying up the properties. The homeowner association does nothing far as violations, we have people running lawn services out of their home with trailers parked in the grass on the side of the yard. Equipment all over there yard .Garage doors broken that won't even shut because their garage is packed full of so much junk packed full of so much junk . That it actually looks like a hoarding problem . Oil stains all over the driveways from where they're fixing equipment in their driveway and working on their cars. that they leave sit broken down for days at a time. They Park their cars in their front yard. Then these rental companies rent out one person and then that person has three other people living with them. Next thing you know you've got 7 cars parked everywhere. It amazes me how the H O A wants to take their dues but does nothing to enforce the rules and regulations. And in the meantime our property value is going down because nobody wants to buy next to a rental property where you've got six kids living there and cars parked in the grass and across the sidewalks for the children can't even walk to school without walking in the street. They throw trash in the street when they clean out their cars. So if I were interested buying a house in the subdivision I would take a close look at who my neighbors were and how many people were living in the houses next to them in across the street from them. Because when you come here in the evening hours it's completely different during the day hours. and I'd be checking to see if the houses waa owned by a rental property . Because all of this has brought the property value down. so I suggest if you don't want to lose value in the house that you buy don't buy it in the Park Hill subdivision off of Greenridge Avenue.
