HOA Nazis 2015-present
I have lived in Paynter’s Mill since Phase 2 of its development. It’s a beautiful neighborhood for sure. We have made many wonderful and close friends/neighbors. However, I would think long and hard about buying in here now. Over the last few years the HOA has made almost everyone’s life miserable…I’m convinced that is their goal. That, and, to turn this development into a 55+ community without it being labeled as such. The HOA is discriminatory, petty, and prejudicial.
Maybe look again in 2021 when, hopefully, a new HOA board will be in place and the awful year of 2020 is behind us all.
HOA is terrible
Please check the HOA and there policing of the neighborhood rather than focus on budgeting and creating a community environment
