Touches Downtown San Marcos and can walk to Texas State University
I love this complex. It is safe and quiet. I can walk to Texas State University faster than I can find a place to park. Complex is clean and well maintained. Most units seem to be owner occupied. I can walk to downtown San Marcos and all the little shops and restaurants in about 2 minutes. Love it here.
