World's worst community . Beautiful homes, but poor property maintenace

Perrywood may have been the best community back in the day but this community is nothing but a trash dump. All of the wooded area have been allowed to be used as a dumping ground and nothing is being done to clean it up. Basketball courts and tennis courts being used by people outside community that smoke drugs, drink alcohol out in the open . loud music all hours of the day and night. Pond area is a filthy mess with trash and garbage in and around the pond . Sidewalks near pond near bridge is cracked and mud everywhere, to the point where you can't even walk the area. Duck poop on all the sidewalks no clean up. poor security and grounds trash pick up. HOA does not care and if you speak to any of the homeowners this is what they say. Perry wood can be a beautiful community and if you are driving and not walking looks that way but get out of your car and walk and you would be shocked at what you see. Whistling Duck is a back street that the HOA has ignored. Beautiful homes , but the community is only as good as the HOA and this one does not have a good one
