Nice Houses, but the HOA is completely out of control

Nice homes in Philadelphia Station however avoid homes on Federal Lane part of this development. All the board members live here. They routinely arbitrarily and capriciously apply their By-Laws. When that doesn't work the begin a consorted harassment campaign and file criminal charges until you decide to leave. Racist undertones in this neighborhood are very prevalent. As an inter racial couple we dealt with it on a regular basis. Avoid buying here at all cost,
