Pico

The neighborhood of Pico is centrally located in Santa Monica, just blocks from the beach, Santa Monica Pier, and the shops and restaurants in Downtown Santa Monica. Santa Monica High School, Santa Monica College, and the Santa Monica Airport are all located next door to this neighborhood, and Pico Boulevard is a main thoroughfare connecting Santa Monica to Downtown Los Angeles. Pico Boulevard is home to galleries, street art, music venues, and restaurants, and Virginia Avenue Park, located along Pico Boulevard, hosts the popular Santa Monica farmers market on Saturdays.
