I bought my villa 10 years ago for seasonal purposes and I am happy to say it resulted in a nice decision. I am happy to use it when the cold weather affects me so much. Pines has an excellent location in Delray Beach. Have many friends to interact and enjoy. Very near to downtown for shopping. The villas are very comfortable, surrounded by gardens and trees well maintained. Further it is a good investment, mine has reevaluated big time. Further it is near the ocean but also to the shopping area.
