Plaza De Las Fuentes Condominiums

This is a 145 unit condo complex centrally located between Orlando airport and Universal Studios just off Sand Lake Road. 3 minute walk to Florida Mall. This complex is self managed. They do not rent, only through the owners of each unit or thru their realtor. As of late, last three years living here is excellent, quite and contrary to many disgruntled renters that do not follow rules, well managed. A new entry system was installed this year by the new Board. One scan card for all entrances. New electrical Panels are being installed one building at a time. New installation by Brighthouse (now Spectrum) of all cabling was done early this year. The management has stepped up on parking violaters, much to everyones satisfaction. Cars have been towed when illegally parking in assigned spaces. This community is part of the Orange County Neighborhood Watch program where county sheriffs assigns deputies to patrol and respond quickly and visit the complex often. These are old building but well kept. This is not a paradise but is clean, well managed and close to schools, shopping. Actually you can walk, as we have done many times to restaurants, Florida Mall, Aldi's, Dollar Tree and many others. No community is perfect or without disgruntled people always blaming everything except themselves. We have been here 10 years now and the improvements are very noticeable and would recommend to anyone.
