Point Aquarius

Lake Conroe is a boater’s and angler’s paradise. The lake is about 21 miles long and 5 miles wide, allowing plenty of room for boats of all sizes. Fishing in the lake for catfish, bluegill and largemouth bass is considered by many anglers to be excellent. The Sam Houston National Forest accounts for almost a third of the lake’s coastline, so there are miles of undisturbed nature to explore and enjoy. Living at Point Aquarius is all about enjoying the lake and the surrounding open space. The community has its own marina with over 160 boat slips, and many of the home properties facing the lake have their own docks. There are several marine businesses operating on the lake, so any boat maintenance or supply needs are easily taken care of. When not out on the lake, residents have a resort-style pool to swim and relax in. The local public schools are served by the Willis Independent School District. Hardy Elementary, Lucas Middle School, and Willis High School are the closest schools to Point Aquarius. Some of the private schools in or near Willis are Willis Classical Academy, Covenant Christian School and Lifestyle Christian School.
