We moved here last summer after searching up and down the Florida coast for the perfect community. The location is great and we love the elegant design of the community and clubhouse. It's very quiet and private with a guard gated entry and everything in the clubhouse is beautiful! During our home search we noticed there were never very many resale homes available in the community, so we felt good about our purchase and the future resale value of the home.
