Port Charlotte Village

Port Charlotte Village is a resident-owned, age-restricted community of 435 homes in southwest Florida. At least one resident of each home must be 55 years old and the other 45 or older. Many of the neighborhood’s amenities are located at Tanner Hall Clubhouse, including game rooms, a library, a heated pool, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and bocce courts. Three freshwater lakes are adjacent to the community and a quiet park sits at its entrance. Port Charlotte Village is located just off Interstate 75 about 33 miles north of Fort Myers.
