Port Charlotte Village is a resident-owned, age-restricted community of 435 homes in southwest Florida. At least one resident of each home must be 55 years old and the other 45 or older. Many of the neighborhood’s amenities are located at Tanner Hall Clubhouse, including game rooms, a library, a heated pool, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and bocce courts. Three freshwater lakes are adjacent to the community and a quiet park sits at its entrance. Port Charlotte Village is located just off Interstate 75 about 33 miles north of Fort Myers.

Wonderful Place to Live
I have lived in Port Charlotte Village for 5 years and absolutely love it here. It is the place we have always been dreaming of retiring to. People are loving and friendly. We have a very active community with lots to do if your interested.
