WORLDS WORST NEIGHBORHOOD
The community is the worst in Palm Beach County. Google, Presidential Golfview crime and you will view murders, 60 car break-ins and the list goes on. The property is an eyesore and is infested with rodents. The property manager is terrible and the Board of Directors are investors and their main interests are rent checks. Renters Beware.
